The ideal candidate will have at least six years of epic build experience along with project management skills and proficiency in software application modification. This role includes financial analysis and managing large projects while ensuring systems meet departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of epic build experience.
• Extensive experience in analyzing clinical, business, and technical processes.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading communication and coordination efforts.
• Proficiency in software application research, analysis, design, and modification.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior analysts.
• Excellent technical/application assistance skills.
• Strong financial analysis and business planning capabilities.
• Experience managing system upgrades and large projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT Educators and Informatics.
• Excellent customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of clinical, business, and technical processes.

• Act as primary departmental contact, leading communication and coordination.
• Mentor Epic Applications Analyst.
• Research, analyze, design, and modify software applications.
• Gather and prioritize development initiatives.
• Lead workflow analysis and recommend solutions.
• Provide technical/application assistance to clients and IT staff.
• Perform financial analysis and business planning.
