Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, and support the Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and related workflows. The role requires deep knowledge of Epic Willow and pharmacy operations to optimize patient experiences.

The analyst will bridge technical and clinical teams, resolving issues, and adapting to evolving business or project needs. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Epic certifications and ongoing training are essential.

Qualifications

• Epic certification(s) in the area of support is preferred; if not obtained, certification(s) related to the area of support must be achieved during the first 90 days.
• Compass Rose/Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain and support the Epic Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and clinical staff and escalate to resolve issues.
• May perform duties outside the defined job description on a temporary basis if required by operations, business or project needs.
