Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking an Epic Willow Analyst for a remote, permanent role supporting pharmacy applications within a healthcare IT environment. You will handle build, maintenance, and production support for Willow, while collaborating with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate holds current Epic Willow certification (Willow IP or Willow AMB) with 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to manage

Qualifications

• Current Epic Willow certification (Willow IP or Willow AMB) is required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Willow build, maintenance and production support.
• Experience supporting pharmacy workflows within a healthcare organization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage tickets, prioritize workload and provide high-quality remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maintenance, production support, troubleshooting and issue resolution for Epic Willow.
• Configure, build, test and implement enhancements, upgrades and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians and IT teams to optimize workflows.
• Participate in system testing, validation and release activities for upgrades.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests while meeting service expectations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, build specs and support procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support integration with related healthcare apps.
