Job summary

Montefiore Health System is looking for a Senior Application Analyst for its Epic Willow Pharmacy Systems team. This role involves supporting the maintenance of Epic applications, troubleshooting, and providing user support across the health system.

The ideal candidate will have a RPh or PharmD license, experience in pharmacy operations, and strong skills in application implementation and data analysis. Epic certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience, particularly outpatient.
• Experience with application implementation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with clinical and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Install new applications and configure settings.
• Provide support and train users on new applications.
• Document outcomes of testing and create test plans.
• Provide 24 x 7 on-call coverage for user support.

Education

Current RPh or PharmD license
