Job summary
Encode, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Application Analyst III – Epic Willow Ambulatory to join its healthcare IT team. This role focuses on optimizing ambulatory pharmacy workflows and improving patient care through technology.
The successful candidate will design, configure, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory, collaborate with pharmacy operations and clinical teams, and drive system upgrades, testing, and documentation in a fully remote environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or equivalent).
- 5+ years of healthcare IT or Epic support experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic Willow Ambulatory.
- Analyze workflows to recommend improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Support upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them promptly.
