Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or equivalent).
- 5+ years of healthcare IT or Epic support experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic Willow Ambulatory.
- Analyze workflows to recommend improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Support upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them promptly.
