Job summary

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to become an Epic Willow Analyst. You will design, build, implement, and maintain Epic Willow components for inpatient and ambulatory settings, ensuring safe, efficient medication management workflows across the hospital.

The role requires 2–3 years of hospital pharmacy experience, active Pharmacist License, and Epic Willow certification (or plan to certify within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active Pharmacist License in hiring state (or eligibility for reciprocity within 3 months).
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or operational hospital pharmacy experience.
• Epic Willow Inpatient or Ambulatory certification is highly preferred (or willingness to certify within 6 months).
• Prior experience in pharmacy informatics or EHR implementation preferred.
• Strong data validation, Excel data analysis, and problem-solving are required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Epic Willow components (medication records, order sets, CDS).
• Analyze clinical pharmacy workflows and optimize medication ordering, dispensing, and administration processes.
• Provide tier-2 and tier-3 application support for hardware, software, and workflow issues.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule during system go-lives, upgrades, and major rollouts.
• Plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing for Epic upgrades and new releases.
• Maintain interfaces between Epic and pharmacy automation systems (Pyxis/Omnicell) and smart pumps.
