Qualifications

• Epic certification in the area of support preferred; must obtain if not current within the first 90 days.
• Compass Rose/Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and support the Epic Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between the technical and clinical staff and escalate issues as needed.
• May perform duties outside the defined job description on a temporary basis based on operations, business or project needs.
