AltaMed is seeking a senior Epic Willow Analyst III to provide specialized support across pharmacy workflows and Willow ambulatory systems. This role drives system improvements and collaborates with leadership on high-impact initiatives while guiding staff training and implementation projects.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Epic Willow experience, clinical or IT background, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory & inventory certification required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a healthcare setting with data analysis and project management tools.
• Minimum of 4 years supporting Pharmacy Operations or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Willow systems.
• Educate pharmacy staff and clinicians on Willow usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on high-impact optimization initiatives.
