Job summary
AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a senior-level Epic Willow Analyst III in California to provide expert support across pharmacy workflows and Willow system optimization.
You will lead design, implementation, and training efforts for the Willow ambulatory system, coordinating with leadership and clinical staff to drive improvements. The role requires deep Epic Willow experience, certification, and a strong background in data analytics, project management, and interdepartmental
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, PharmD or related clinical discipline; informatics/IT background preferred.
- Active Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory certification required.
- 6+ years in healthcare with data analysis, database experience, and project management.
- 3+ years Epic Willow experience; Epic configuration familiarity preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Willow systems.
- Educate pharmacy staff and clinicians on Willow use and workflows.
- Collaborate with leadership on high-impact initiatives and ensure system optimization.
- Liaise between technical teams, users, and project groups for training.
