Job summary

Talent Groups partners with a healthcare client to hire a Senior Epic Application Analyst focused on Epic Willow Ambulatory. This role covers analysis, configuration, optimization, and training to support ambulatory pharmacy operations across retail, specialty, and home health settings.

The candidate will collaborate with pharmacy staff, operational leaders, and IT teams to enhance workflows, manage upgrades, and ensure seamless Epic integration.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification is required.
• 4+ years in healthcare information systems or related, with large-scale implementation experience.
• Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory preferred; strong build experience.
• Knowledge of ambulatory pharmacy workflows and pharmacy operations.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems; good communication.
• Experience supporting retail, specialty, or home health pharmacy environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate user and department Epic system needs into technical solutions.
• Perform reviews and process walkthroughs with clinical and business teams to enhance productivity.
• Provide technical knowledge for Epic and other software applications and OSs.
• Conduct intermediate to advanced analysis, design, build, test, and implementation for Epic and related systems.
• Set and enforce technical development and information management standards.
• Support development projects and complex Epic-related problems; assist other analysts.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support on a rotating schedule.
• Plan, prioritize, and report on project status and milestones.
