Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Willow Analyst role requires Epic Willow certifications.
• Experience with healthcare IT and pharmacy automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow applications and pharmacy workflows.
• Support Epic Willow functionality across inpatient and ambulatory environments.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and optimization.
• Translate pharmacy requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and test scripts.
