Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst to build, configure, and support Epic Willow applications for a major healthcare organization.

You will partner with pharmacy operations, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams to optimize inpatient and outpatient workflows, support integrations, and deliver reliable Epic Willow functionality that meets regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in Epic Willow support in healthcare.
• Epic Willow Certification (Ambulatory or Inpatient) or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• Strong understanding of inpatient and/or outpatient pharmacy workflows.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Willow applications for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize system functionality.
• Support integration of Epic Willow with Omnicell, infusion pumps, and third-party packaging solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system maintenance, and provide end-user support for pharmacy workflows.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, validation, and optimization activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflow designs, and training materials for staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to organizational policies.
• Partner with project managers and IT to deliver Epic-related initiatives on time and within scope.
