Qualifications
- Willow Ambulatory Certification is required.
- 4+ years of Epic Willow Ambulatory analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Specialty Pharmacy workflows within Epic.
- Experience supporting Retail Pharmacy operations and dispensing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, and support Willow Ambulatory functionality across retail and specialty pharmacy environments.
- Support and optimize workflows related to specialty and retail pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system builds.
- Participate in system upgrades, optimizations, and new feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support for Willow Ambulatory users.
- Maintain documentation related to workflows, build specifications, and system changes.
