Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle, including Epic-related work. This is a fully remote role with travel for go-lives or support as needed.
The position requires analyzing stakeholder needs, translating requirements into design, configuring systems, and coordinating with vendors. It also supports small projects and maintains Epic certifications while following
Qualifications
- Supports IT applications from planning to maintenance lifecycle.
- Translates requirements into design and development specs.
- Configures, tests, installs, and maintains systems and workflows.
- Maintains documentation and change management standards.
- May manage small projects and maintain Epic certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provides problem diagnosis and resolution to stakeholders.
- Collaborates with vendors for integration and implementation.
- Develops training materials for end users and peers.
- Participates in on-call and command center responsibilities.
- Works with project requestors to deliver MVPs via ServiceHub.
