Sentara Health is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas. The role requires strong Epic reporting capabilities and programming skills in SQL, SSIS, R, Python, with experience in Epic data models.

You will lead configuration, upgrades, testing, and releases, and may guide junior staff on projects. This position offers diverse shifts and a competitive compensation package within a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Epic certification or proficiency in one or more Epic applications required or preferred.
• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer.
• Programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology or workflows.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform upgrades, configuration, testing, and implementation of software releases.
• Lead small projects or components of larger initiatives and guide less-experienced team members.
• Engage in incident and change management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
