Job summary

Sentara Health seeks a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access. You will build and configure Epic modules, manage upgrades, assess workflows, test changes, and troubleshoot incidents. Role may lead small projects and mentor juniors.

Candidates with Epic certification and strong SQL/Python/R skills are preferred; base pay is competitive with comprehensive benefits and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the position.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Epic applications, upgrades and enhancements.
• Perform workflow assessments, system testing, troubleshooting, and change management.
• Lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives and guide junior team members.
