Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the specific position.
• Epic data analytics tools are Required: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Model, Access Data Model, Revenue Data Model, Clinical Data Model.

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform application build/configuration, upgrades, and enhancements; conduct workflow assessments and system testing.
• Troubleshoot incidents and manage changes; implement software releases and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives; mentor/guide less-experienced team members.
