Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the specific position.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform build/configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, incident and change management, and software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users; lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives.
