Sentara Health is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas. The role requires deep Epic knowledge, strong analytics, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include build/configuration, upgrades, workflow assessments, testing, incident and change management, and software release implementation.

Competenze

• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred depending on position.
• Epic data analytics tools are required: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Caboodle, Clarity, Access, Revenue, and Clinical Data Models.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer self-service reporting.
• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools; programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform application build/configuration, upgrades, and workflow assessments; conduct system testing and troubleshoot incidents.
• Manage change processes and software releases; collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users; may lead smaller projects.
