Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This is a fully remote position focused on day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows.

You will collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics teams to align solutions for scalable patient care. Responsibilities include developing test plans, incident coverage, and managing project components, while supporting quarterly Epic updates and

Qualificações

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification required.
• Experience building Epic modules (Epic Care Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer).
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet support and optimization across care management workflows.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancement requests.
• Oversee projects or project components and support quarterly Epic updates and best practices.
