Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows. This fully remote role partners with care managers, clinical and operations leaders, and informatics teams to implement standard, scalable solutions that improve patient care.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, incident coverage, handling enhancement requests, and collaborating across care settings.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Clinical or Healthy Planet Analytics Certification is required.
• Experience with Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer is expected.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configuration.
• Develop test plans, provide incident coverage, and handle enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical/operations leadership, and informatics teams.
• Oversee smaller projects or components and support quarterly Epic updates.
• Familiar with Compass Rose Programs, Registries, Care Plans, and Patient Outreach solutions.
