Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role across the United States. Responsible for day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows to improve patient care and scalability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with a degree or 7+ years without one, Epic Healthy Planet Certification, and experience with related Epic modules. Expect collaboration with care managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with a degree
• 7+ years of relevant IT experience without a degree
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configuration.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage.
• Collaborate with care managers and leadership across teams.
• Support quarterly Epic updates and best practices.
• Oversee smaller projects or components of projects.
