Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This is a fully remote position.

You will support day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows and coordinate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership. The role covers building and optimizing Registries and care plans, Patient Outreach, and the Epic Ambulatory suite to support population health across settings.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet certification required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building in Epic modules like Ambulatory and Reporting Workbench.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet, build and optimize workflows.
• Develop test plans and manage incident coverage.
• Collaborate with care managers and analytics teams.
• Support quarterly Epic update process.
