Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This fully remote role focuses on day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, partnering with care managers and informatics teams to scale solutions.

Candidates need Epic Healthy Planet Certification, 5+ years with a degree or 7+ years without, and experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet certification/accreditation with build experience.
• Experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, risk adjustment.
