Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Engineer 3 to act as a technical Subject Matter Expert, primarily focused on value engineering and QA/QC across utility-scale EPC projects. This position allows the flexibility to work fully remote or at the Edison, NJ office.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4–7 years of relevant experience in EPC or renewable energy sectors. SOLV Energy offers a competitive compensation package and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Engineer-in-Training (F.E.) certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering and QA/QC.
• Ensure coordination of design deliverables prepared by internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Owner and Independent Engineer submittals.
