Job summary

SOLV Energy is hiring an Engineer 3 who will serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert focusing on value engineering and QA/QC for utility-scale EPC projects. This position can be fully remote or located in Edison, NJ.

The ideal candidate will possess 4–7 years of engineering experience, preferably in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. SOLV Energy provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, renewable energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Engineer-in-Training (F.E.) certification.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering, QA/QC, and independent technical judgment.
• Ensure coordination of design deliverables prepared by internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Owner, Owner’s Engineer, and Independent Engineer submittals.
