Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Engineer 3 to serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert focusing on value engineering and QA/QC across utility‑scale EPC projects. This position can be fully remote or based in Edison, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of engineering experience with relevant qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree. The role offers competitive compensation and a range of benefits including medical and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, renewable energy, utilities, or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (F.E.) is required.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering, QA/QC.
• Coordinate design deliverables with stakeholders.
• Support permitting efforts and coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
