Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leader in solar and infrastructure services, is looking for an Engineer 3 to act as a Subject Matter Expert. This role emphasizes value engineering, QA/QC, and involves working on utility-scale EPC projects. Candidates can work remotely or from the Edison, NJ office.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Competitive salaries and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC or renewable energy.
• Engineer-in-Training (F.E.) license preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering.
• Ensure coordination of design deliverables prepared by all stakeholders.
• Support permitting efforts by coordinating with AHJs.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong organizational skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 20%

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
