Republic Services in the United States seeks a Senior ES Territory Executive to drive strategic sales growth and manage relationships across new and existing customers in environmental services. You will lead strategy, design customized solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to expand solution adoption.

A strong track record in sales within the waste industry and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Advanced ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track performance.
4–7 years of experience in the waste industry preferred.

Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
Retain and grow existing customers by building strong relationships with decision makers.
Develop customized environmental solutions and coordinate with internal teams to align with customer goals.
Ensure CRM is used daily to document calls, meetings, proposals, and develop customer profiles.
Monitor market trends to anticipate customer needs and inform strategy.
Prepare Environmental Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, and onboarding forms in a timely manner.
