BB&E Inc. seeks an Environmental Site Lead for NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. The role directs environmental compliance programs, manages waste streams under 40 CFR, and coordinates with federal and state regulators.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Site Lead experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors on complex projects.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Strong communication and written skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide planning, coordination and supervision for the Environmental Compliance program.
• Lead, mentor and train junior staff and manage subcontracts.
• Prepare deliverables and contractual data requirements (CDRLs).
• Ensure compliance with 40 CFR parts 61, 260-279, and 761 across multiple sites.
• Maintain Safety and Health Plan and monthly technical reporting.
