Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental consulting projects.

This role focuses on Phase I and Phase II ESAs, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and client relationship management across private and public sectors. The candidate will oversee scope development, field investigations, regulatory coordination, reporting, and project closure while mentoring junior staff and contributing to BLE's growth in environmental

Qualifications

• Experience leading Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II investigations.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and regulatory processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects from scope to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Phase I and Phase II ESAs for commercial, industrial, and development properties.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Develop investigation strategies and provide technically defensible recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and support BLE's environmental services growth.
