Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering seeks an experienced Service Leader – Environmental Due Diligence to lead site assessment and redevelopment services, focusing on Phase I and Phase II ESAs and Brownfields projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong real estate due diligence expertise, knowledge of federal/state cleanup programs, and the ability to mentor staff and manage client relationships; reports to the Department Manager and drives growth of the due diligence service line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental field required.
• Professional registration/certification preferred (PE/PG/CHMM).
• 5+ years of environmental due diligence project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM Phase I/II ESAs and AAI requirements.
• Familiarity with Brownfields programs and redevelopment planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a wide range of due diligence projects, including Phase I ESAs, Phase II investigations, and Brownfields assessments.
• Oversee preparation of work plans, sampling strategies, and technical reports.
• Ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and high-quality technical work.
