Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental consulting projects across private and public sectors. The role emphasizes Phase I & II ESAs, due diligence, risk assessment, regulatory coordination, and client-focused strategy development.

You will manage projects from scope through closure, mentor junior staff, and liaise with developers, property owners, and regulators to deliver technically defensible solutions and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Phase I ESAs and Phase II ESAs experience.
• 5–10 years in environmental consulting or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I ESA for commercial/industrial properties.
• Lead Phase II ESA and follow-up investigations.
• Conduct environmental due diligence for redevelopment.
• Develop investigation strategies and CS models (CSMs).
• Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submittals.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project budgets/schedules.
