Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental consulting projects and act as a technical advisor to clients in both private and public sectors.

Ideal candidates will have Phase I/II ESA experience, regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and business development skills. The role includes mentorship of junior staff and growth of BLE's environmental practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical environmental field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years in environmental consulting or related fields.
• Experience leading complex environmental projects to closure.
• Professional registrations such as PG/PE/CHMM preferred.
• HAZWOPER certifications commonly applicable to projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I ESA for commercial, industrial, and development sites.
• Lead Phase II ESAs and follow-up investigations.
• Oversee environmental due diligence for property transactions.
• Develop and implement investigation strategies and CS models.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and regulators.
• Support client development and regulatory negotiations.
