Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects. You will manage Phases I and II ESAs, due diligence, and redevelopment strategies for diverse clients in private and public sectors, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical discipline related to environmental consulting (B.S. or M.S.).
• 5–10 years of progressive environmental consulting experience.
• Experience managing complex projects from proposal to regulatory closure.
• Professional registration or certification such as PG, PE, CHMM preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification (40-hour) preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial, industrial, and development properties.
• Lead Phase II ESAs and follow-up investigations with technical oversight.
• Oversee environmental due diligence related to property acquisition, disposition, financing, and redevelopment.
• Develop and refine risk-based regulatory strategies and cost controls.
• Communicate findings to clients and regulators; prepare clear technical reports.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-disciplinary BLE teams.
