Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects across private and public sectors. This role focuses on Phase I/II ESAs, regulatory compliance, Brownfields, and risk-based remediation strategies, with emphasis on client relationships and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, Chemistry, or related technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading complex environmental projects from scope development to closure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for various properties.
• Manage Phase II ESAs and follow-up investigations.
• Oversee environmental due diligence for property transactions.
• Develop and refine conceptual site models and risk assessments.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
