Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Professional to lead Phase I ESAs and related EDD projects. You will work with Arcadis’ EDD CoP to produce high-quality assessments in compliance with ASTM E1527-21 and support limited compliance evaluations and Phase II ESA planning.

Travel up to 25% is required. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of Phase I ESA experience, strong technical writing skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field; a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or closely related field
• 7–10 years' relevant experience conducting Phase I ESAs, including project and portfolio management and team development.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations (CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, SPCC)
• Strong technical writing skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate, and manage Phase I ESAs and related projects within Arcadis’ EDD CoP.
• Write and provide senior review of Phase I ESAs and associated documents.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and client meetings.
• Develop scope of work, proposals, and deliverables for EDD projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support Phase II ESA planning and portfolio management.
