Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Sr Client Exec-Channel Mgmt to drive enterprise wireline solutions across several U.S. regions. You will nurture key client relationships, craft joint strategies with partners, and expand revenue while ensuring client success.

You’ll work from various customer sites and support post-sales activities, including escalations, billing, and order management. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of wireline experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant wireline experience required.
• Demonstrated Verizon acumen enabling mobilization of corporate resources.
• Proven expertise with Verizon's internal processes, systems and tools.
• Account development experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Provide support and recommendations to develop solutions within the business.
• Educate on Verizon Wireline Solutions portfolio and share resources.
• Develop and execute joint outreach strategies between Client Partner, Tier 1 partner, and customer.
• Manage escalations, billing, orders and repairs and provide post-sales support.
