Qualifications

• Familiarity with Verizon processes, systems, and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Nurture deep connections with customers and understand their business, market dynamics, and challenges.
• Craft wireline solutions aligned with customers' goals and aspirations.
• Manage deal registrations, escalations, billing, orders, and post-sales issues.
• Develop and execute joint outreach strategies between Client Partner, Tier 1 partners, and customers.
• Provide post-sales support and project management.
