• Operational proficiency with Verizon systems and tools.
• Strong account development experience and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Nurture deep connections with customers and understand their business needs.
• Develop and execute joint outreach strategies with partners and clients.
• Manage funnel and deals; handle escalations, billing, orders, and post‑sales support.
• Educate customers on Verizon Wireline Solutions and map partner DNA.
• Project manage initiatives and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
