Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, finance, or performance improvement in a large and complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, guide executive decision making, and lead cross-functional work without relying solely on direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Transformation Office governance, management system, and performance rhythm for priority turnaround initiatives.
• Lead opportunity ideation and pressure-test business cases, implementation logic, and risks across both revenue and cost opportunities.
• Influence senior leaders on initiative ambition, resourcing, timing, and corrective actions using fact-based analysis and clear trade-offs.
• Integrate value capture and value assurance disciplines so that opportunity generation, benefit logic, and execution tracking remain connected.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, escalation forums, and decision routines focused on action.
