Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Audit leader to develop and drive the IT Audit Plan based on risk assessments, with emphasis on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or IT field.
• CISA/CPA/CIA certifications preferred.
• 8+ years IT Audit experience including SOX in a public company; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the IT Audit Plan based on risk assessment focusing on mitigation, efficiency, revenue, and cost minimization.
• Lead all IT Audits including SOX testing (ITGCs, Business Application controls, Key Reports & Spreadsheets) and various IT/enterprise audits.
• Support ERM reviews and ERM Steering Committee activities, focusing on significant IT risks such as cybersecurity.
• Build relationships across IT leadership and business units to identify emerging risks and promote practical solutions.
• Drive automation, analytics, and continuous monitoring to improve efficiency and strengthen controls across departments.
• Serve as IT Audit point person for staff, managers, consultants, and external auditors.
• Review audit/SOX documentation and present findings to senior management; recommend improvements to processes and controls.
• Collaborate with co-sourcing providers/external auditors as needed.
• Promote inclusive teamwork and use data to support audit conclusions.
