Qualifications

- 10+ years in strategy, consulting, transformation, or performance improvement.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide turnaround programs with measurable financial impact.
Responsibilities
- Own Transformation Office governance, management system, and performance rhythm.
- Lead opportunity ideation and business case testing across revenue and cost.
- Influence senior leaders on initiative ambition, resource needs, timing, and actions.
- Embed AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and synthesis routines for productivity.
- Shape CEO, CSO, CFO, ELT, and Board materials on progress, risks, and decisions.
