Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an experienced program manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Crew Lifecycle Transformation workstreams in a shipboard- and office-based environment in South Florida. The role focuses on translating priorities into actionable plans, and delivering executive-ready materials for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration across brands, technology, data & analytics, finance, and HR, while shaping narratives and ensuring consistent,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-brand, multi-region initiatives and governance.
• Exceptional executive presentation and PowerPoint capability.
• Experience coordinating requirements validation, UAT, readiness, and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Crew Lifecycle Transformation workstreams and complex initiatives.
• Lead detailed process analysis and solution design within crew operations.
• Develop and deliver executive/stakeholder presentations for workstreams.
• Run workstream governance and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage readiness and implementation for pilots or deployments.
• Lead change, communication, and stakeholder engagement for workstreams.
• Maintain program discipline and quality; track KPIs and benefits.
