Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Senior Transformation Lead for the Accounting department to drive process redesign, technology enablement, and organizational optimization across the function.

You will partner with department heads to secure buy-in and align with business objectives. The role requires deep experience in finance transformation, SOX controls, and leading large teams in a complex environment; cruise/hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading programs/projects in finance/accounting transformations.
• Experience in SOX-compliant environments and change management.
• Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus; cruise/hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational needs, set strategy, and enable execution of transformation initiatives.
• Develop a best-in-class project management playbook for Accounting transformations.
• Lead strategic sessions to identify and prioritize initiatives and create a transformation roadmap.
• Provide updates to Accounting leadership and partners on all projects.
• Engage with leadership to identify additional enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure system design addresses business/tech risks within Accounting.
• Own the master calendar for all Accounting transformation milestones and communications.
• Collaborate with department leaders within Accounting and other key departments.
• Gain knowledge of sub-functions and systems in day-to-day and closing activities.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership to realize transformation objectives.
• Facilitate listening mechanisms to address issues and risks.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
