Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Change and Adoption Manager to develop and execute change management, communication, and adoption strategies across the Global Technology Organization and broader enterprise.

Reporting to the Director Technology Strategy, Change, and Communications, you will ensure people, processes, and behaviors evolve with new technologies and programs while partnering with PMO, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver messaging, training, and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, OD or related field.
• 7+ years in change management, communications or transformation roles.
• Experience with Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter change methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management strategies aligned with technology transformation goals.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Integrate change activities with program plans and governance.
• Create and deliver communication plans for executives, tech teams, and frontline staff.
• Provide training curricula and enablement materials for new systems and ways of working.
• Partner with Learning & Development and product teams for training delivery.
• Define adoption metrics and monitor progress and feedback loops.
• Coach program managers and leaders on effective change execution.
