Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a VP, Talent Acquisition & Enablement to lead end-to-end recruitment across its global brands. This role combines operations and architecture, shaping the operating model, technology stack, and employer brand to scale talent as the turnaround progresses.

You will own external search spend, governance, and partner with CHRO and ELT to drive hiring—while building scalable processes, metrics, and a next-generation recruitment technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience.
• Experience consolidating recruiting functions, vendor ecosystems, or technology stacks.
• Track record of managing external search/agency spend.
• Ability to partner with CHRO, ELT, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise recruitment strategy and execution across global brands.
• Set hiring standards and service-level expectations across all brands.
• Translate workforce plans into proactive, forward-looking hiring pipelines.
• Audit end-to-end recruitment processes to remove redundancy and reduce time-to-fill.
• Establish scalable recruiting practices, tools, and vendor governance.
• Own external search and staffing agency portfolio and renegotiate terms.
• Define and execute a scalable recruitment technology roadmap integrated with Workday.
• Build and steward the employer brand narrative across markets.
• Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team and model core behaviors.
