Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Solutions Manager to grow enterprise thermal solutions within the DC Building Block Solutions portfolio. You will lead strategic engagements, develop opportunity pipelines, and represent Supermicro at industry events to accelerate revenue opportunities.

The role focuses on expanding the customer base among data center and enterprise clients, and serving as a voice of the customer for next-generation product development. HQ in San Jose, CA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, product management, or solution selling of data center power and thermal management technologies.
• Hands-on or customer-facing experience in both liquid cooling and air-cooling solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to set targets for enterprise thermal solutions and revenue growth.
• Lead pre-sales engagements with engineering, sales, and product teams to design and propose competitive solutions.
• Build executive-level relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners to expand thermal solutions.
• Develop vertical-focused thermal solutions from concept to market-ready offerings with end-to-end cooling knowledge.
• Manage solution integration projects from design through deployment and serve as escalation point for issues.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to position air- and liquid-cooling solutions competitively and train teams.
