Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years leading enterprise software deployments with data governance focus.
• 2+ years managing a portfolio of 8-10 strategic accounts.
• Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion with sales.
• Excellent communication skills from data engineer to C-level executive.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for 40-50 accounts from presales to renewal.
• Lead deployment planning, kickoff meetings, use-case alignment, and delivery coordination.
• Track risks and issues, driving resolution to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio health using AI-augmented signals to accelerate adoption and renewals.
• Drive product adoption by live sessions, identify new use cases to expand value.
• Develop success plans, track milestones from onboarding through renewal.
• Prepare executive business reviews linking usage to business impact.
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion; champion customer priorities.
