Zusammenfassung

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market strategy and act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding and expansion.

You will own migration blueprints, work with Account Executives on discovery, onboarding, health, and risk mitigation, and lead strategic QBRs. Strong AI tooling and cloud engineering experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise architectures.
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go, or similar languages.
